The East Texas Crisis Center is mourning the loss of a beloved team member! Lakesha Jackson, Victim Coordinator, tragically passed away over the holidays.
Lakesha uplifted everyone around her with a contagious smile, genuine kindness, and bright spirit. She was an integral part of our team, and with passion, the contributions she made to the organization were immeasurable. She was committed to ensuring each survivor she worked with was provided compassion, support, and her complete dedication. Lakesha made a lasting impact through her leadership, advocacy, friendship and faith.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Lakesha’s daughter, family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as we honor her memory.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Open Arms of Love Fellowship!
