We are excited to announce our summer Fully Tummy community food drive! Anyone in the community is welcome to drive by and we will load your food box while supplies last on July 9th from 8-10 a.m. ! A huge thank you to Amanda Jones from Yellow Hammer Roofing and Emily Sandlin for coordinating a great event for our community!

Exciting News!! Welcome to Blue Springs Elementary!

My name is Debbie Hirsch and I am thrilled to join the Blue Springs Community! I have been teaching for 10 years and in education for 17 years. I have taught special education in self-contained, co-taught and resource class settings both here and in Georgia. My husband and I are empty nesters and moved to Athens from Cu***ng, Georgia in 2024. I have been married for 30 years and have 2 grown children. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with my family on the lake. I am looking forward to a fabulous year!

Good Morning, Registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. All returning students must complete the registration process. Please check your emails for snapcodes. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. All returning students must complete registration in order to be placed on a class list. Please register as soon as possible. A surprise letter will be coming mid-July revealing your student’s teacher!
