Exciting News!! Welcome to Blue Springs Elementary!

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be joining the team as a second grade teacher! This school year will be my fourth year teaching second grade. One of my greatest joys as a teacher is helping students build confidence in themselves while encouraging them to discover and grow in their unique strengths and talents.
Outside of the classroom, I love all things creative arts, good food, serving others , and spending quality time with my family. I can’t wait for a great year ahead! :)

Exciting news!! Welcome to Blue Springs Elementary!

I am excited to be joining the Legendary 5th Grade Team at Blue Springs Elementary School as a Math and Science Teacher. I graduated from Jacksonville State University and the University of North Alabama. I have been in Limestone County Schools for 28 years now. I have taught 4th, 5th and 6th grades in my time with LCS, but 5th grade for the past 25 years. I love Math and Science and look forward to sharing that passion with Blue Springs. I will be starting my 29th year teaching next year at Blue Springs. My wife teaches kindergarten in Athens, and my two children are proud Auburn graduates. I look forward to this new adventure!
