🏕️ Sixth Grade Science Camp was an absolute blast!

Our sixth graders just got back from an unforgettable week at The Outdoor Camp at Rancho Allegre, nestled right across from the beautiful Lake Cachuma, and wow, did they make some memories.

Songs, dances, skits, hikes, archery, mountain biking, new friendships, and more laughs than we can count. This is exactly the kind of experience that sticks with kids forever. There's something truly special about watching our students unplug, connect with nature, and bond with each other in a whole new way. This is one of those rare, formative moments in a kid's childhood and we are so grateful they got to have it. 🌲✨

This is also a big part of WHY your PTSA works so hard throughout the year. Every fundraiser, every event, every volunteer hour goes toward making experiences like this possible for our students. We are so proud to play a role in that. 💛

And hey parents... if you want a glimpse into what went down out there, just ask your sixth grader what "I need to chase a coyote" means. 👀

We are so proud of every single one of them. 🐾❤️

🌞 Field Day is almost here! 🌿Thursday, June 4th is going to be a GOOD day for our 4th through 7th graders. Outdoor games, fresh air, and end-of-year energy? Yessss! We need YOUR help to make it happen!

Join us from 9:15am to 12:00pm for setup, games, and cleanup. If you've got a few hours and good vibes to spare, we want you there.

🍓 Fruit Donations Needed
We're asking families to bring prepared fruit to share. Washed, sliced if needed, and enough for 20 to 30 students. Drop off at the office by 9am on June 4th.

This day is for the kids and it takes a village to pull it off. Thank you in advance for showing up in whatever way you can. 🤍

At today's meeting we’ll be electing next year’s PTSA Board, talking about roles we need filled for next year, and talking about what's coming up as we wrap up the school year! If you’ve been even a little curious about getting involved, this is the time to come! 💜 There are roles of every size. You can help for a couple hours here and there or take on something bigger. It truly is a give what you can situation, and every bit of help makes a difference for our students 👨‍🎓

Come see what it’s all about, ask questions, and find a way to plug in that actually works for you. We'll be at the school on the lower campus. Dinner and free kid care provided! 🦋

This week is all about loving on and celebrating our incredible teachers! ✨ They show up for our kids every single day with care, patience, and so much heart, and we’re so grateful for everything they do.

Encourage your students to write a thank you note or bring in something handmade. Those small, thoughtful gestures mean more than you know 💌

Let’s make sure our teachers feel seen, valued, and truly appreciated this week! 🫶

Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and participated. This fundraiser directly funds specialty school supplies that are unique to our students at Fine Arts Academy. Our students thank you!! We'll be in contact with all the winners soon! 🦋
