PUBLIC NOTICE OF AUCTION
STONEWALL COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SURPLUS PROPERTY SALE
Notice is hereby given that Stonewall County Hospital District will conduct a public auction of surplus property on:
Saturday, June 20, 2026
Auction Begins at 9:00 a.m.
Location:
Stonewall County Hospital District
821 North Broadway Street
Aspermont, Texas 79502
Auction will take place by the maintenance barn across from the hospital.

The auction will include, but is not limited to, the following surplus items:
Miscellaneous office supplies, medical supplies, kitchen supplies, televisions, décor, shelving, several lots of chairs, filing cabinets, mini refrigerators and freezers, one trailer house with decking measuring approximately 23’ x 60’, and one 4’ x 6’ single-axle utility trailer.
The trailer house and utility trailer do not have titles. A bill of sale only will be issued for each of these items.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Stonewall County Hospital District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, remove items from the auction, or combine or separate lots as deemed in the best interest of the District.
All purchased items must be paid for on the day of the auction. Accepted forms of payment are cash or card only. A 4% processing fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions. No buyer’s premium will be charged.
All purchased items must be removed from the property on the day of the auction. No holds will be allowed, with the exception of the trailer house. The purchaser of the trailer house will have 30 days from the date of sale to remove it from District property. The buyer is solely responsible for all costs, arrangements, permits, labor, equipment, transportation, and liability associated with moving the trailer house.
By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have inspected the property, accept all items in their current condition, and agree to all terms of sale.
