We owe a lot of thank you to a bunch of people tonight helping with this call. Thank you to stonewall county dispatch, Deputy Gordon from Stonewall, king County Sheriff, and Dickens County Sheriff office. We owe a big thank you to the 6666 Ranch for allowing us a safe landing zone at their airport. Thank you to Air Evac 63 for coming to assist and flying the patient on to a level 1 trauma center. there were lots of challenges with this call, from stretching into another county, three different county agencies involved and having to search for the patient. I can’t express the gratitude I have towards everyone.

This week is known as EMS week. I want to say thank you to some of the best employees I could ask for. We have people on our service that lives here in Aspermont, from Jayton, Albany, Seagraves and even as far as Alamogordo. They all have the biggest hearts and care for our community like it is their own. And with everyone on our service, we combine for over 100 years of service and experience. If you see one of them in town this week, I ask you let them know how much you appreciate them. They deserve so much more recognition than one week a year.

When Buffalo Bills player Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field in cardiac arrest, he received out-of-hospital BLS and ALS care from team personnel and EMS before transport to the hospital

Drain tube is out! We are really praying Michael can get out tomorrow! I’m working on gathering some encouragement for him so we can motivate him! We need him to eat, we need him to walk, we need him to breathe!

Please say a prayer for Michael’s cheerleader! Mylinda has been a trooper!

Asking everyone to please keep the Olson family in your prayers this Father’s Day!

Well we went for some “LOUISIANA" GUMBO in hopes to get start getting that appetite back… ending up saving it for later, Michael will potentially will be NPO after midnight for a potential bronchoscopy again tomorrow morning! Please keep praying hard for his recovery so we can get him out of the hospital and back home!

If you can also add some extra prayers for Mylinda who has not left his side and who has been a trooper during this journey!
