Congratulations to Lieutenant Lamar Lackey on his completion of the Alabama Association of Chiefs of Police (AACOP) 240-Hour Certified Law Enforcement Executive Program (CLEEP) and obtaining the "Certified Law Enforcement Executive" designation, awarded by the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission (APOSTC).

The CLEE program, developed by AACOP and supported by the APOSTC, consists of four levels of training designed to enhance leadership, ethics, and strategic management skills among law enforcement executives and takes many years to complete the requirements. Lieutenant Lackey now joins an elite group of police executives in Alabama who have successfully completed the program.
