📢 NOTICE TO NORTH HARMONY RESIDENTS & BUSINESSES 📢

The Town of North Harmony would like to remind residents and business owners that temporary signs advertising businesses are not permitted to be placed off the business premises, including within public rights-of-way, along roadsides, on utility poles, or on other public property.

Pursuant to Section 617 of the Town of North Harmony Zoning Law, business advertising signs must be located on the property where the business operates and may not be placed in town rights-of-way or other off-premises locations.

These regulations help maintain public safety, preserve community appearance, and prevent distractions along our roadways.

Residents and business owners are encouraged to review the Town's Zoning Law for additional information and sign regulations. The complete Zoning Law is available on the Town website at www.townofnorthharmony.gov.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping keep North Harmony safe, attractive, and compliant with local regulations.

The Town of North Harmony offices will be closed
from Friday, May 22, 2026 through Monday, May 25, 2026
in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend.

Please feel free to utilize the drop boxes located outside the building:

Town Clerk Drop Box — located to the left of the doors
Court Drop Box — located to the right of the doors

We will resume normal business hours on
Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

The Town of North Harmony is currently seeking a guest speaker for our Memorial Day Service on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

We are looking for someone who can share meaningful remarks honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Veterans, military leaders, community members, and patriotic speakers are encouraged to reach out.
