The Town of Ashley is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Water/Wastewater Plant Operator!

We prefer a certified operator who is already dual certified in water and wastewater or is willing to work toward becoming dual certified. Candidates who are not currently certified but are motivated to obtain the required certifications are encouraged to apply!

For all residents on the 100 north Gonser and 200 Lincoln blocks of Ashley, please be advised that you will experience low water pressure due to another water main break.

Water Main Break:
100 Block of South Gonser Ave & 100 Block of East Hobart Street.
Water will be restored as soon as possible in that area.

Tips to flush toilets ⬇️⬇️
1️⃣ Fill Bucket with Snow
2️⃣ Melt in a pan on the stove
3️⃣ Pour quickly into the toilet bowl (not the tank)
About 1–2 gallons does it
Pour with some force → triggers siphon → flushes waste
👉 This works even if the tank is empty
