🏗 🛠Today, the Cheatham County School District celebrated an exciting milestone with the groundbreaking of our new Maintenance and Technology building! 🚧💻

This facility will provide a centralized home for our maintenance and technology teams, creating dedicated space for equipment, technology resources, vehicle maintenance, and operational support.

By bringing these essential services together under one roof, the building will help us operate more efficiently while ensuring our schools remain safe, well-maintained, and ready for learning each day.🎒🏫

It is being built behind our transportation facility on Sweethome Road in Ashland City. GMC Architects and Boger Construction are overseeing and building the facility.

This project is a reflection of our "Building the Dream" theme for the year. While our students and teachers build dreams in the classroom, we are building the facilities, infrastructure, and support systems that help make those dreams possible. 💭

Among those in attendance were School Board and County Commission members, GMC Architects and Boger Construction representatives and members of our maintenance and technology staffs.🎉🙌
