Thrive 55+ Ashland City Serving adults age 55 & above by providing activities and services to nurture all aspects of life.

The Town of Ashland City invites and encourages people to discuss issues affecting the City on its social media sites, which serve as limited public forums to provide information to the public. However, the Town of Ashland City will only allow posts that are on topic with the post made by the Town. Further, the Town of Ashland City will not allow posts to remain that include:

• Nudity/pornography

or messages/depictions with sexual, obscene, or indecent content.
• Language or information that is foul, vulgar, scurrilous, or scatological.
• Threats, attacks, harassment, unlawful discrimination, hate language or purely personal attacks.
• Advocation of illegal or inappropriate use of fi****ms or drugs, or any illegal activity.
• Depictions or promotions of animal cruelty
• Promotion or endorsement of a political campaign or candidate
• Programs and events not officially sponsored by the Town of Ashland City
• Solicitation for donations, except for official City-sponsored activities. The Town of Ashland City reserves the right to delete and or close a conversation if comments stray from the context of the original post or violate any of the above referenced restrictions. The Thrive 55+ Center is a recreational facility owned and operated by the Town of Ashland City. The mission of the Thrive 55+ Center Ashland City is to provide a welcoming environment for residents of Ashland City, Cheatham County, and surrounding communities who are fifty-five years of age or older that provides programs which promote lifelong learning, health and physical well-being, socialization, and emotional support.

👉 You do NOT have to be a Thrive 55+ member to attend!

Come walk around, meet some great people, learn something new, and see what resources are available right here in our community.

Just a quick reminder that Thrive 55+ will be CLOSED Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Judson Phenicie (Thrive 55 staff member) and his sons Jude and Micah participated in a flag retirement ceremony with Trail Life Troop 431 where Judson is also the Chaplain. They retired one of the tattered flags that once flew at Thrive 55+. These young men were taught what it means to honor the Flag. 🇺🇸
