🌟 We were thrilled to welcome Hannah Kitt of Power of Women to Rotary Club of Asheville South! 🌟

Hannah shared her passion for creating meaningful connections among women in Western North Carolina and for helping women grow personally and professionally.

Through Power of Women, Hannah is building a community where women can connect, collaborate, learn from one another, and support each other’s success. Her message about the power of relationships, authenticity, and lifting others up was both inspiring and timely.

We’re grateful to Hannah for spending time with our club and sharing her vision for creating a stronger, more connected community.

The Rotary Club of Asheville South, along with Colton Groome Financial, hosted a Financial Beginnings presentation for local high school and college students. 🎓💰

The students learned about important financial topics to help them get started on the right path—and investing seemed to spark the most interest! 📈 It was exciting to see young people asking questions and thinking about their financial futures.

A big thank you to Colton Groome Financial for sharing their knowledge and helping us give the next generation a strong financial foundation!

📚🍎 Learning How We Can Better Serve Our Local Schools

This week, the Rotary Club of Asheville South was honored to welcome Cody Gunn and Elena Tenzel, Co-Presidents of the Estes Elementary PTA.

Cody and Elena shared an overview of Estes Elementary, including student and teacher needs, current challenges, and opportunities where our Rotary club can make a meaningful difference. Their passion for supporting the school community was inspiring, and we’re grateful for the work they do on behalf of students, teachers, and families.

Rotary is always looking for ways to put Service Above Self into action, and we look forward to exploring ways to partner with Estes Elementary to support the incredible work happening there.
