Chief Justice Beasley Extends Emergency Directives Regarding Jury Trials, Evictions, and Public Health Measures

These directives postpone jury trials and prescribe social distancing measures. It's with a heavy heart that we post the information that we have lost one of our own this weekend. Jodie Hathcock has been a helping hand for years with the NCAADCSC Conference, she was one of the first people you would meet at the registration tables and would remember from the opening of the conference till the Thursday night banquet when she took your ticket at the door. Jodie Hathcock, she was a person beyond compare, a person that knew no stranger, she loved her family and will be dearly missed. The Association sends Strength and Love to the Cabarrus Co. Clerks office and to Jodies family and friends.
