Get ready to meet some of Western North Carolina’s coolest neighbors! 🐸🐍

Join us THIS THURSDAY for an awesome, hands-on program with the North Carolina Arboretum to learn all about herptiles—aka our amazing local reptiles and amphibians.

We’ll answer burning questions like why some snakes get stinky when they're upset, clear up the ultimate frog vs. toad debate, check out cool wildlife artifacts, and even meet a live critter up close! You'll also get the inside scoop on how to become an official ecoEXPLORE nature scientist.
