🐔 Backyard chickens can be fun, rewarding, and productive — but healthy flocks start with good management!

Simple practices like keeping coops clean and dry, providing fresh feed and water daily, protecting birds from predators, and limiting contact with wild birds can go a long way in keeping your flock healthy.

Whether you’re a first-time chicken owner or a seasoned poultry keeper, Extension resources can help you raise happy, healthy hens! 🥚🐥
