Worried about late fees for overdue library books? Good news--you can easily renew your items from the Kern County Library in four different ways! 📚
💻 Online: Log into the "My Account" section on the Kern County Library website using your library card and PIN.
📲 Mobile App: Download the ValleyCat app to renew items directly from your phone.
☎ Phone (Tele-messaging): Call the automated system at (866) 290-8681 with your library card number and PIN.
🚶‍♂️ In Person: Visit your local branch and speak with staff at the circulation desk.
💡 Good to know: Most items can be renewed up to two times (as long as no one else has placed a hold on them)--meaning you could keep a favorite book for up to 3 months straight! Note: If your book is already overdue, you'll just need to ask a staff member to process the renewal for you.

We're so excited for another fun week at the Arvin Branch Library! Don't forget, Supper and Snacks returns on Tuesday 8th! From 3-6pm, kids ages 2-18 can get a free meal at the library. We'll also bring back our homework hangout and more!
