well, technically yes. It is an even longer shot that Tony wins at this point than Jim as a write in did at the beginning. Made a post about that today. Jim is ahead by 88 votes with 387 votes to go.

Just remember Orchs, Barneich, Ray, Ferrara, Hill, Adams use Salinsky’s playbook when defending their positions…..when they start using this playbook it means that their party, campaign or political figure is in deep trouble. So feel flattered if you have been singled out with emotive accusations by these folks….they have no other options.

Really, stop playing ignorant. The straw was Ferrera sweeping this under the rug, and when people noticed the bump in the rug, he claimed the police officers association was using the incident as a tactic in negotiations. That claim was unsubstantiated and the AG police rightfully gave the mayor a vote of no confidence. Jim Hill and his supporters took notice and took action--they had a slim chance to make a difference with an election fast approaching. And it worked. This is so obvious a cause for celebration, but the Tribune (and Joe) want to chastise rather than champion what happened in AG. And you Russ, want to bag on the news source that first broke the news, and then provided detailed follow-up. Meanwhile the Tribune is concerned about where the old Foster's Freeze sign is going to be stored. It's sad-clown laughable.
