D-Day 82 years later. So many stormed the beaches and dropped from the sky. Many did not come home. Those who did come home – so few are left now. All here today owe it to them to pause to remember and to give thanks. The world would that be the way it is today without the Greatest Generation.

Wedding Day, June 2, 1957...
Married for over 30 years ...and then when no longer, friends for the rest of their lives ...until they both died in 2015...the year both were to turn 80...
