This week, we’re celebrating a , Jessica S. of Lehr House, who is a dedicated DSP. In her own words, one of the most meaningful parts of her day is walking into a room and being greeted with genuine excitement; no matter how much time has passed, the connection is always there. These everyday moments reflect something bigger: the incredible bond our DSPs build with the adults we serve. It’s trust, familiarity, and care that grow over time, and it’s what makes this work so impactful. We are truly grateful for the difference Jessica makes every single day.
