During a trip to the NEA region, UT2 Gonzales had the opportunity to join Secretary of State Marco Rubio and members of the Marine Security Guard for a group photo.

☀️ Mission Continues in the Heat! 🔐

Even in 112°F temperatures, the mission doesn’t stop.

BU1 Brydon, alongside STS Chris Reardon, removed DS locks and decertified GSA security containers while supporting operations in the NEA region.

Their technical expertise and attention to detail help ensure security equipment is properly managed while supporting continued mission readiness. 🐝

Strengthening the Team! 🤝

FRC Seabees joined our Marine Corps brothers and sisters for the Region 9 Change of Command Ceremony, showing support for our fellow service members as they welcomed their new Officer in Charge.

Ceremonies like these are a great reminder that while we may serve in different uniforms, we share the same commitment to mission, service, and one another.

The ESO team in Kuwait City marked a bittersweet occasion, presenting BU1 Brydon and SEO Blair Whitworth with the Franklin Award on SEO Whitworth’s final day in the office. A heartfelt and well-deserved recognition for their dedication and contributions. 👏

Meanwhile, the mission continues across the region! UT2 Duran was hard at work at U.S. Embassy Baghdad, troubleshooting a personnel access issue and conducting system resets and diagnostics to keep security systems operating smoothly.

From recognizing outstanding service to keeping critical systems mission-ready, our Seabees continue to support the mission wherever needed. 🐝

From Bangkok to Australia, our Seabees joined our diplomatic partners and fellow Americans in celebrating the 250th anniversary of American independence! 🎆

CE2 Lee embraced the spirit of the occasion by stepping back in time, donning Revolutionary War-era attire for the U.S. Embassy Bangkok’s 4th of July celebration.

SW2 Smith and her wife represented our team at the U.S. Embassy Australia’s 250th 4th of July celebration, joining colleagues and partners in commemorating this historic milestone.

From honoring our history to strengthening partnerships abroad, our Seabees continue to represent the Navy and the United States with pride wherever the mission takes us.

NSU had the honor of presenting Director Tamika Abbott with a Hammer of Appreciation in recognition of her outstanding leadership and unwavering support during her time as Director of ST. 🛠

This small token symbolizes the lasting impact she has made on our team and serves as a heartfelt thank you for everything she has done. While we are sad to see her leave, we are excited for her next adventure as she transfers to Frankfurt, Germany.
