🚨 TEXAS SHOWED UP. 🇺🇸🔥
Yesterday’s Republican Primary Runoff elections delivered a powerful reminder to the entire country:
Texas is still Texas.
From the largest urban counties to the smallest rural communities, voters across all 254 counties showed up in force to make their voices heard. Public data showed Republican early voting surged more than 103% higher than the comparable 2020 runoff cycle, reflecting massive grassroots energy and statewide engagement heading into November.
The numbers tell the story:
🟥 U.S. Senate
Ken Paxton defeated incumbent John Cornyn
885,949 votes to 501,725 votes
63.8% to 36.2%
A commanding 27.6-point victory.
🟥 Texas Attorney General
Mayes Middleton defeated Chip Roy
755,593 votes to 612,171 votes
55.2% to 44.8%
🟥 Texas Railroad Commissioner
Bo French defeated incumbent Jim Wright
663,679 votes to 648,978 votes
50.6% to 49.4%
🟥 Texas Court of Criminal Appeals
Thomas Smith defeated Alison Fox
719,224 votes to 518,975 votes
58.1% to 41.9%
These results reflect something much bigger than individual races.
They reflect Texans demanding:
🇺🇸 constitutional leadership
🇺🇸 election integrity
🇺🇸 public safety
🇺🇸 energy independence
🇺🇸 secure borders
🇺🇸 accountability and rule of law
As Election Judges, poll workers, volunteers, precinct chairs, and engaged citizens across Texas witnessed firsthand, the turnout and enthusiasm across the state was undeniable.
In the spirit of Frederick Douglass, who believed deeply in education, civic responsibility, truth, and self-governance, Texans once again proved what happens when citizens show up informed, engaged, and willing to vote their principles.
The momentum is building.
The work continues.
Register voters.
Organize communities.
Educate citizens.
Protect election integrity.
Prepare for November 3.
