📣 Williams Elementary Dismissal Reminders 🚗🚶
Help us keep dismissal safe and efficient for all students!
🚗 Car Rider Dismissal Reminders
✅ Display your car tag until your student is in the vehicle. Pictures of car tags or IDs cannot be accepted.
✅ Pull all the way forward and do not change lanes.
✅ Stay in your vehicle at all times and watch for students and staff at the crosswalk.
✅ If your child needs help buckling, pull forward to the basketball court before exiting your vehicle.
✅ Remember: The speed limit is 5 mph and cell phone use is prohibited in the school driveways.
✅ Vehicles without a car tag must park and complete pickup through the front office with a physical ID.
✅ The back drive closes at 3:50 PM. After 3:50, students must be picked up from the front office with a car tag or physical ID.
🚶 Walkers
• Please wait by the stop signs and avoid crowding the doors or walkways.
• Students and adults should always use the crosswalk.
• Walkers should leave campus promptly after crossing safely.
• ID or Car Tag is required for pick up
📞 Dismissal Changes: If your student's dismissal plan changes, please call the front office by 2:00 PM so we can notify your student and teacher. We cannot accept dismissal changes from students, and students being checked out early must be signed out by 3:00 PM.
🏷️If you need a replacement car tag or an additional car tag, please contact the classroom teacher.
