Stephen J. Gilligan for Treasurer Stephen Gilligan is the Treasurer for the Town of Arlington. Stephen has served in that job since 2006. He is currently up for re-election April 5, 2014.

As town treasurer Stephen was responsible for obtaining and maintaining the town's Triple-A bond rating; regained $1,115,000 for Arlington by litigating against a national financial institution for its malfeasance - at no cost to the Town (leading the way for the Attorney General to recover $333,000,000 for cities, towns, state and non-profit agencies); accelerated the recovery $13,677,371 in elem
