On March 25th, 2022, my colleague Lauren Handy and I recovered the remains of 5 late-term aborted babies from the Washington Surgi-Center in Washington DC. Those babies which have come to be known as “The DC Five” were in a box labeled “medical waste” and were headed for a Curtis Bay Energy incinerator to be burned for renewable electricity for the city of Baltimore. One of those babies was Harriet, a baby girl whose wounds suggest she was the victim of a partial-birth abortion: a federal crime. This is me, Terrisa Bukovinac, describing the moment I met Harriet.
