6/13/2026 | 2138 Hours – Stations 25, 23, 21, 26, and 24 responded to the 200 block of Lippincott Avenue for a reported porch fire. Upon arrival, first-due crews discovered fire involving mulch and the front porch of the residence.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and conducted a thorough check for extension into and beneath the porch to ensure the incident was completely under control. Thanks to the rapid response and coordinated efforts of all companies on scene, the fire was contained before it could spread further.

6/9/2026 1300 – Station 25 was pleased to host a wonderful group from Carousel Connections at the station today. Our new friends toured the station, explored our apparatus, practiced using a fire extinguisher, and even tried on some turnout gear!
Carousel Connections provides innovative and comprehensive services to adults with disabilities to lead full and connected life journey as Self Advocates.

6/4/2026 1800 – The company attended the Main Line Chamber of Commerce Hometown Hero Scholarship presentation at the Lower Merion Township building. First responders from the Main Line were awarded scholarships. Congratulations to all those receiving a scholarship, including our own Jesse Laurino and Ryan Levy – you earned it!

5/27/2026 1349 - Engine and Ladder 25 assisted the Penn Wynne Fire Company with a working kitchen fire in the 1400 block of Greywall Lane. Firefighters quickly knocked out the fire, searched, and overhauled. The fire was placed under control in 15 minutes.

5/24/2026 0440 – Station 25, Station 26, Engine 24, Engine 23, and RIT 21 responded to a possible house fire on Hamilton Road in Wynnewood. Fire in crews found a wire and transformer on fire in the back yard and recalled the assisting apparatus. Crews secured the scene and contained the falling, flaming debris.
