Dear God,
Help me to heal from past wounds and from the pain that still tries to follow me into today. Bring restoration to the places in my heart that feel broken, and remind me that my past does not define me. Your love makes all things new. “In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” (Romans 8:37)

Help me to hold firmly to my new identity in Christ… forgiven, redeemed, loved, and victorious. Teach me to walk in freedom and not be chained to old hurts or old labels. Fill me with courage, peace, and confidence as I move forward in the strength You provide.

Dear God,
Help me to have patience in seasons of waiting. When answers feel delayed and I’m tempted to grow frustrated or discouraged, remind me that You are still working even when I cannot see it. Teach me to trust Your timing and rest in Your faithfulness. “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” (Psalm 27:14)

Strengthen my heart while I wait and help me not rush ahead of You. Let this season grow my faith, deepen my trust, and draw me closer to You. Fill me with peace and confidence, knowing that Your plans are good and Your timing is perfect.

Dear God,
When I’m tempted to take control and make myself the lord of my life, remind me that You alone, Jesus, are Lord and King. Help me to surrender my will to Yours, trusting that Your ways are higher and always good. When I face challenges or feel offended, guide my response so it reflects Your heart. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” (Proverbs 3:5)

In the good moments too, help me to honor You with gratitude and praise. Lead me to look to You for direction, wisdom, and strength in everything I do.

Fed & watered

Dear God,
Help me to face today with confidence. Even when anxiety, fear, or worry try to rise up, remind me that You are with me and that I never face anything alone. Strengthen my heart and steady my mind when uncertainty tries to overwhelm me. “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God goes with you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)

Because You are with me, I can face anything that comes my way today. Fill me with peace, courage, and faith that is greater than fear. Help me to walk boldly, trusting in Your presence, Your strength, and Your faithfulness through every moment.

Dear God,
Help me to walk in obedience today. When temptation comes my way, remind me of Your sacrifice, Lord Jesus, and of Your perfect obedience to the Father. Strengthen me to choose what is right, even when it is difficult or uncomfortable. “Therefore be imitators of God, as dearly loved children.” (Ephesians 5:1)

Help me to imitate You in the way I think, speak, and live. Shape my heart to desire holiness and to walk in love, humility, patience, and truth. When I am weak, give me strength to resist temptation and follow Your ways above my own. Let my life reflect Your character in every decision I make today.
