We, the Asian-Americans are being unjustly discriminated by Harvard and other Ivy League universities. Even with us are all equally Americans, Universities has set the highest bar for Asian-Americans, next is Whites, and lowest for African-Americans and Hispanics.
We have to score "approximately 140 points higher than a White student, 270 points higher than a Hispanic and 450 points higher than a Black on the SAT". It is very obvious that our rights are being violated.
I would officially state that Harvard and the other Ivy League universities has violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
We, HQH, the Chinese-American Equalization Association, we will not let this continue. As the largest community has been directly and unjustly affected by the race-based actions in college admissions.
We believe that there is an alternative to the current race-based approach, we believe an economic-condition-based affirmative action in college admissions would be much fairer and targets disadvantaged individuals.
