Alternatively, a more natural phrasing could be:
**"The U.S. is at war again. Los Angeles should accelerate the construction of avoid bomb shelters. Absolutely 👍🏻 If you own property in Canada or Mexico, you should also start building avoid bomb shelters quickly."**
