There appears to be danger (no lines down, transformer isn’t smoking). Utilities has been notified and we hope they respond soon for repair.

🚒 Earlier this month, Chief Carter presented the Arcenio “Rambo” Rumbaoa Memorial Scholarship. 🚑

This scholarship is in remembrance of our fallen brother who passed away in 2022.

📝 After an application process that includes an essay, Justin Tilton was selected as this year’s recipient. Justin is a senior at Hamilton Heights School Corporation and already dedicates his Saturday’s to an EMT program. In addition, Justin is also enrolled in the John Hinds Fire and Rescue program where he will obtain his Fire 1 and 2 certifications.

We’re thrilled to be able offer this scholarship for those interested in a future in public safety.

Congratulations, Justin! We know you’re going to go on to do great things in public safety!

Today, the members of the Jackson Township Fire Department pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
