We talked about the people who uphold our right to vote, now let's honor the people who use it!

Congratulations to the voters of Precinct 3-7 who turned out a whopping 51% on an otherwise minor election.

Silver goes to 3-5 with 45.10%. Bronze to 3-4 with 44.83%!

Ward 3 believes in voter representation!

You want to be heard. Vote. That's why elected officials always want your name and address - so they can see if you vote and if your district votes. I wish Bienville Parish had 100% turn out every election.

*Calculated on number of total registered voters in precinct vs number who voted on election day. Not total number of votes cast.

Democracy, voting, representation and the protection of our rights don't just exist. It takes people willing to do their part.

Without the men and women listed here, there would be no elections. It wouldn't be logistically possible. More dedicated than the post office and as faithful as a Marine.

They truly are Patriots and Community Heroes willing to give up their free time to ensure all of us have a right to vote locally. Long hours, poor pay, extra training, confusing procedures, and difficult people and they show up single time I need them.

Thank you. Also my election day support people, Mark Jones, Sharon Monroe, Anna Nelson. Thank you to Turner Madden for being my AC repair man! My ROV staff who stays in office all day and night. My warehouse supervisor Caleb Tidwell. And my machine delivery staff Bill Lunn with Strongmen Movers.

Anything worth doing takes participation and sacrifice. These people make it happen.
