The Town of Arcadia has declared as Surplus and will offer for sale, to the highest bidder. PARCEL described as the "Old FNB Drive-Thru Office Building" located at 1921 North Railroad Avenue, Arcadia Louisiana, for a Minimum Bid Price of $75,000 The sealed bids must be received by November 15th, 2019 at 4:00 PM. Bids will be opened November 18th, by the Town of Arcadia and the winning bidder will be notified. The Town of Arcadia will reserve the Mineral Rights as required by the Louisiana Constitution, and reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any formalities. This property was last used as a office space for a business. The building includes 7 rooms/offices and 1 restroom.
