We are well into August! With school starting and changing schedules, we have updated our swim schedule for the month of August. The pool will be open Saturdays 3:30-6pm and Sundays 2-4:30pm. This means we will remain closed weekdays. Our fantastic employees are students, athletes, and involved in numerous clubs with busy schedules. We hope to see you at the pool!🫧🤿

This week’s swim safety tip: Wear a proper flotation device. While there are many flotation devices, you should only wear U.S. Coast Guard approved devices. Certain devices may be unknowingly dangerous, meaning wearing a properly fitting flotation device is important. Search for a special tag on flotation devices or visit the Coast Guard website to see what devices are certified.

Update to Pool Hours: Due to the unforeseen cost to APRD in the pool rental fee, public swim hours have had to be reduced this swim year. While we understand this may be disappointing, these adjustments are necessary to help manage operating expenses and ensure the continued availability of aquatic programs and services. APRD continues to try and find cost related savings to help keep public swim open to the Arbuckle Community.

As a reminder... the pool will be going to Saturday and Sunday hours only as of August 13th as school will be back in. Lap Swim and Water Fitness will still run Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 5:30-6:30 pm
