Every year since Bubba has had the Mountain Camp my brother in law Randy and I have came up to fish Mother’s Day week. This year was by far the best. On Saturday I caught a 19 inch, 3 pound 12 ounce Brook Trout. Not to be outdone on Monday Randy caught a 19 1/2 inch 4 pound 3 ounce Brook Trout. It was a great time. Saw an Eagle, caught a lot of fish, planted a small food plot, and ate lots of peanuts with icewater J. Curtis Boatman.

Another deer camp is in the books! This one was a bit special, as Brett made his first trip this year. He’s 10, so no shooting until he’s way better with the rifle. Still a great time at camp.

Bucks on the meat pole. Saw an eagle. Even had a run-in with an albino squirrel!!

Great weekend with the family! Ole dad Ramboed a deer, the kiddos got to watch and then they were taught how to track a deer even though it only ran 30 yards. Brett and Emma got to help Bubba gut the deer. Then drag it back to camp.

Been spending quite a bit of time at the camp the last couple weeks. Put in some work and relaxed as much as possible.

The walls at the fireplace and behind the bunk beds are now complete. Would have trimmed them out, but the circular saw went kaput.
