We shared a video with you a while back here: https://neighbors.ring.com/n/VrD1m5qimO. He's back at it, but this time in the Rockport/Fulton area.

We ask for your help again. We need to get this fella before he strikes against or, worse, hits the wrong location and receives a different response.

Fulton Police Department is seeking your help in identifying the individual in the photo below. The male subject is suspected of burglarizing a home early this past Saturday morning.

Rockport Police Department believes this subject is also involved in two more burglaries in Rockport, in December of 2019 and July of 2018. We have attached previous security footage as well in the comments below.

It is believed that the subject is local to the area and might possibly ride a bicycle in town.
