Sorry for our long hiatus from this page. We are back and eager to share some f the new books in our collection. One of our new favorites is Chooch Helped. Beautiful, sweet, playful and something every older sibling would enjoy reading as they discover the benefits of having a younger sibling.

Banned Book Week is underway. I am putting some of the books from our collection www.childpeacebooks.org ) out for students to explore for our ECE 52: Diversity in Teaching class tomorrow night. I will ask students to explore which children would feel represented by them. I will also ask them why this representation matters to the children in our very diverse world. How will YOU explore these important books? How will you make sure the children you work with feel seen in the books they read and that are read to them?
