In the past few days Sheriff Richardson and Commonwealth Attorney Fleet have received calls asking where they stand on unconstitutional laws, regarding the 2nd Amendment. They want to reiterate a stance taken in February with the press release below.

To be very clear, the Sheriff and Commonwealth Attorney are in total agreement that we will not enforce the new Assault Weapons and Assault Weapons Carry bans just signed into law as we believe they are Unconstitutional on their face.
