It's officially summer break! If you are looking for options for the youth in your care for the summer, consider looking at Parks and Rec programs, library groups, or the Outreach Center for teens.

Summer can be wonderful and exhausting in equal measure.

The longer days, the schedule changes, the kids who are suddenly home all the time — it's a lot. If you're feeling stretched thin right now, you're not doing it wrong. You're just doing it.

Give yourself some grace today. You showed up. That matters.
