Reminder, one week left to gather Culver's orders! Good at Grand Chute, Little Chute, Darboy and Combined Locks location!!

PTA has a new fundraiser starting today through Friday 2/13. Your family will be getting a form in their folders to sell discounted Culvers coupons valued at $22. Each sheet sells for $10 and the school earns $7.50. You only need to return the second sheet with totals. The coupons are a great deal if you like Culvers!

HUGE shout out to McKinley Elementary PTA!!!!! With PTA's generous donation we were able to restock and buy new RECESS supplies for ALL students to use!! Footballs, soccer balls, chalk, hoola hoops, skip-its and so much more! This is only one of the MANY ways McKinley Elementary PTA has positively impacted students at McKinley!!!!! THANK YOU to all who have helped, donated time or other PTA related things, we appreciate you!

We invite all community residents to join us at one of our upcoming in-person AASD Referendum Information Sessions or AASD Virtual Referendum Information Sessions.

Each session will include a presentation outlining the details of the referendum, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. All sessions are open to the public, and no registration is required.

Community members are encouraged to attend a session that best fits their schedule and take part in the conversation.

📣‼️Oopsies, we made a mistake on announcements this morning. We announced that MISMATCH day will be TOMORROW WEDNESDAY 28th not the orignal date of the 29th! So sorry about the confusion!! We will stick with what we announced today—that mismatch day will tomorrow Wednesday the 28th! Looking forward to seeing all the mismatch outfits tomorrow! 📣‼️

Ski Club braved the cold again this week for a fun night of outdoor time, exercise, and friends. We have 23 3rd-5th grade students who have been learning to ski and snowboard each Wednesday this month. We'll be out again next week for the final time this year.

Thanks to PTA and our families that supported fundraisers for helping reduce bussing costs for our students! We appreciate it.

Home of the Jaguars

McKinley is one of six elementary schools in the East Cluster of Appleton, feeding into James Madison Middle School and East High School.

We believe in a Multi-Level System of Support, where students grow as a whole child (emotionally, physically, and academically). Our staff is dedicated to ensuring a supportive, nurturing environment where students are taught to be safe, responsible and respectful.

Academically, students are monitored to ensure individual student growth is attained, providing supports and interventions to reach this goal if necessary. Parent involvement is the number one factor to student success; we continue to encourage and foster communication and involvement, thankful for the wonderful support already in place.

Being a part of children’s lives and the determination to make a difference has been instilled in me from little on. Realizing that it takes a village and working with all those involved to reach the whole child is imperative for student success. I feel fortunate to be part of the McKinley family and community, working together to make a difference!
