Normally Apple Valley Fire serves our community on emergency calls but this month we had the opportunity to serve our community coffee!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for Coffee with a Firefighter at our local Starbucks locations. We enjoyed the chance to connect with the community, answer questions, share conversations, and enjoy some coffee together.

We appreciate the continued support from our community and our local Starbucks teams for hosting us!

Apple Valley Fire Protection District was honored to participate in and support the 2026 Run For The Wall® as riders made their way through our community today. 🇺🇸

Run For The Wall is an incredible cross-country motorcycle ride dedicated to honoring our veterans, their families, and friends, while also raising awareness for those still listed as Prisoners of War (POW) and Missing in Action (MIA). Riders travel from Ontario, California to Washington, D.C., carrying with them a powerful message of remembrance, respect, and patriotism.

We are grateful to the many community members who gathered along the route waving flags and showing support for those riding in honor of our nation’s heroes.

Apple Valley Fire appreciates our veterans and sincerely thanks all who have served our country for their sacrifice and dedication.

Thank you to the Apple Valley Moose Lodge 1810 and for their support and donation of Tommy Moose stuffed animals to and .

The Tommy Moose program aids in helping children overcome fears and anxiety during times of stress. Donated to Law Enforcement, Fire, and other Emergency workers, Tommy Moose plush dolls are presented to children in various traumatic situations.
