Shake, Rattle and Roll Out- Apple Valley Community Service This earthquake preparedness event will offer demonstations, displays, and information on how to prepare for an emergency.

Learn about making emergency kits, animal care in an emergency and what your communication options may be during crisis. Lunch is included, and the cost for everything is free. Sponsored by The Apple Valley Fire Protection District, St Mary's Medical Center, The Town of Apple Valley, Apple Valley Unified School District, American Red Cross and hosted by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Red Cross is looking for 25 more volunteers to help us install FREE smoke alarms and provide home fire safety education in Victorville. On October 21 from 8-1.
They have all of the tools, will provide the training, and FREE lunch.
Come join them in this potentially life saving event tomorrow.
