Another successful Healthy Weight Club completed through SKC Health Academy at the Fit Lab Fitness Center
Over the past 6 weeks, participants came together for nutrition education, healthier lifestyle support, fitness opportunities, accountability, and lots of encouragement along the way. From learning how to make healthier salad dressings to building friendships and motivation, this program continues to be a wonderful part of our Senior Kicks Club community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this such a positive and supportive experience!

In observance of Memorial Day, the Senior Kicks Club Senior Lounge, Senior Resource Center, and Fit Lab Fitness Center will be closed on Monday, May 25.

As we honor Memorial Day, we remember and thank the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.
