We’re proud to be part of the team behind Windsor Cay Resort in Clermont, Florida, a vacation-rental community designed with a full-service aquatic amenity at its core.

Featured in a recent article highlighting the project, Windsor Cay showcases the importance of thoughtful planning, coordination and collaboration when bringing complex resort amenities to life. From the waterslides and interactive water play structures to the lazy river and centralized mechanical infrastructure, every element was carefully integrated to create a cohesive guest experience.

JK2 Construction was proud to contribute to a project that demonstrates what’s possible when experienced teams come together to build something designed for both performance and lasting impact.
