Attention:
We have the ability to get more Aplington RAGBRAI t-shirts!

If you missed the first sale and would still like one, please call City Hall at 319-347-2425 to place your order. I will need your shirt size and quantity. The cost is $18.00/shirt and the deadline is 8/8/25. Shirts will be ready for pick up at City Hall on 8/18/25. We have limited quantity, once all are sold I will remove this post.

Shipping is also available for a extra fee of $6.00 per shirt.

Money is due at time of pick up.

We had such a great time welcoming over 20,000 riders today as they rode into and through Aplington! We heard over and over "Thank You for having us", "Thank you opening your town to us", "We love your town"! I didn't meet or greet anyone who wasn't thankful, friendly, or happy to be on the ride. Thank you to everyone involved! From the RAGBRAI committee to the riders, the volunteers, fellow coworkers, the vendors, my family, and friends!! This couldn't have happened without you!

"Aplington...just "plane" AWESOME" was a success!

We've had another great day. We just finished in Meservey and are heading to Aplington tomorrow.

We had a sneak peak into RAGBRAI today! We welcomed about 25 riders to Aplington this morning. We met at the Aplington Recreation Complex then headed downtown for a stop at The Peppercorn Pantry before the riders left town. Thank you to the ARC and Peppercorn for their hospitality today!

Welcome to Aplington RAGBRAI page!! We are preparing for RAGBRAI LI to come through town on July 24th as the riders travel from Iowa Falls to Cedar Falls.

This page is intended for all that have interest in RAGBRAI to follow. We will share information related to all RAGBRAI events taking place in Aplington on Thursday, July 24th. We plan to welcome over 20,000 riders from all over the world!
