Our hearts go out to the Parton/Owens family with the loss of an absolute icon. Dolly meant a lot to each of us, and especially to those of us in libraries. She inspired a love of reading from a young age for many of us through her Imagination Library program. If you have a fond memory of Dolly or reading books sent to you from her program please share in our comments, we would love to read them. 💖💎📚

We just added two more therapy dogs to our Read with Me: Nashville Therapy Pets program this Thursday, 8/20! Meet Nutmeg and June. 😍🐾

Call the branch at 615-862-5871 to sign up your elementary grade child(ren) for a 10-minute time slot to practice reading aloud with a trained therapy dog. Time slots are currently available every 10 minutes from 4:30pm-5:20pm!
