This afternoon, we had the pleasure of celebrating our incredible volunteers at our Annual Volunteer Tea! ☕💙

Family members and community volunteers were honored with lunch, certificates, handmade class posters, and a small token of appreciation to thank them for the countless ways they support our students and school community.

Our volunteers give their time, energy, and hearts to help make our school a special place, and we are so grateful for everything they do. This celebration is just a small way for us to say THANK YOU for the difference you make each and every day.

We appreciate our amazing volunteers and the strong partnership between our school, families, and community!

🎉 The Sutter staff has been having some fun with our underground Spirit Days this week! 🎉

So far we’ve celebrated:
🌈 Monochromatic Day — staff dressed head-to-toe in one color
👯 Twin Day — double the fun with matching coworkers
🥤 Anything But a Cup Day — lots of creativity and laughs!

Stay tuned for our fun Friday staff dress-up day! We’re keeping the energy, laughter, and school spirit going strong as we wrap up an amazing school year together. 💙💛

Good morning Sutter families,

Due to the rainy weather, today’s Field Day activities will be rescheduled. Thank you so much to all of the families who volunteered to help — we truly appreciate your support and hope you will still be able to join us on the rescheduled date.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will send out more information later today with the new Field Day date.
Please note that our fifth-grade field trip to the park this afternoon will still take place as planned, as the rain is expected to clear by then.

Last week the pm TK class had a VERY special visitor at school… a family pet tortoise! 🐢💚

Students were so excited to learn about tortoises up close. There were lots of curious questions, big smiles, and a few students who now apparently want a tortoise of their own. 😄

Thank you to our wonderful family for sharing this unique learning experience with our students and helping bring science to life in such a memorable way!

Today Mrs Pletsch’s third graders celebrated all things reading with their Glow Party Read-a-Thon! Scholars built reading forts, read about glow sticks and bioluminescence, ate snacks, and most importantly they read, read, read! It was a wonderful celebration of all we have accomplished as readers this year!
