I've said it before and I will say it again. Jones County has a phenomenal group of folks who dedicate long hours on election day to keep the polling places open from 7am to 7pm. Elections would be impossible without these fine individuals. If you are an election worker, pat yourself on the back for me for a job well done today! I appreciate every single one of you!!
Sincerely,
LeeAnn Jennings
Jones County Clerk

Jones County has the top of the line election workers!! Those ladies and gentlemen commit a whole day (13 to 14 straight hours) in the middle of the week to help me hold an election. Most of them have other jobs they will have to get up and go back to work to tomorrow. Yet they are always faithful to commit that time to help ensure the integrity and honesty of the election is held in high standards. I could never express my true appreciation for all of them. If you visited the polls today in Jones County, I have no doubt you experienced friendly and efficient service. Jones County Election workers are the absolute best!!
