Traffic Alert: Boiling Springs Road in Ohatchee is closed from AL-77 to the Talladega County line due to a bridge issue. Please do not drive onto the closed bridge!

We hate when we see our road signs with graffiti on them. We had to block out the image.

We had a caution signal malfunction along AL 9 last week. All it needed was a new switch in the control box to get back to normal.

UPDATE: The Calhoun County Highway Department is closed to all visitors until March 30th, 2020. We are still on call for emergencies such as stop signs down, trees blocking the road, etc.

Coming soon, new road projects from funding of the new gas tax will have a Rebuild Alabama sign placed on either end of the road project.
