Democrats have been experts at radical partisan gerrymandering for a few decades.

They are authoritarian fascists who will crush opposition voters every time they can.

Vote no on question 3. Preserve our tiny bipartisanship.

Congratulations to our friend Julie and her new husband, Sean, on their wedding yesterday! ❤️

Julie and her siblings babysat our kids 30+ years ago. The whole family are such wonderful people. Hamilton neighbors will be friends forever.

It was a beautiful day celebrating a wonderful couple and the beginning of their new life together.

There’s nothing quite like spending time with old friends, sharing lots of laughs, and making some new friends along the way.

Wishing Julie and Sean a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness! 💕🥂

After two strong lower-court rulings struck down this congressional redistricting ballot question, the Maryland Supreme Court reversed course and took the arrogant step of rewriting the question itself. Incredible. What about the separation of powers and Article 8 of the Declaration of Rights:

§8.
That the Legislative, Executive and Judicial powers of Government ought to be forever separate and distinct from each other; and no person exercising the functions of one of said Departments shall assume or discharge the duties of any other.

After hearing arguments yesterday about how confusing and legally flawed the wording was, the Court’s answer was to rewrite it. They made it worse.

We are continuing to work with the Oversight Project as we evaluate our next steps. This fight is not over. We will keep fighting for the citizens of Maryland, our Constitution, and the rule of law.

Vote NO on Question 3. Marylanders cannot afford to vote away the right to select their representatives. Make no mistake — the Democrats will stop at nothing to have full control of this state, and we can’t let them take away our way of life. Vote NO to Question 3 and vote for Republicans, who stand up for every Marylander.

Today, the Supreme Court heard arguments in the case of Howell v. State Board of Elections.

As we await a decision, we could not be more proud of the work by the Maryland Freedom Caucus and the Oversight Project to defend the rights of Marylanders.
