DOCK STREET TOGETHER is a neighbors-showing-support initiative from WORA. The businesses along Dock Street are getting hit hard by both the frequent flooding and the ongoing City Dock construction project (slated to continue for two more years). HERE IS THE PLAN: Each week, residents are encouraged to make a concerted effort to patronize the Dock Street business of the week.

FIRST UP is Bitty & Beau's Coffee. They are sadly closing in mid-September, so hit them up September 1-7 for a coffee (or more). And please be sure to tell the nice folks who work there how much appreciated them and will miss them.

Another news update on the Annapolis Parking Alliance (note: WORA is a founding member). Apparently the City plans to announce some parking reforms - date uncertain - particularly as relates to the Mills-Hillman Garage downtown.

Parking reform is coming to Annapolis. A group of downtown businesses and residents united to push for the improvements.
