Thursday, September 10, 2026 is engAGE Day

The goal is simple: help reduce social isolation by encouraging people to share a meal, spend time together, and build meaningful connections with older adults. So, we invite you to Come Dine With Us!

Why should you enjoy lunch on us?
Through our Senior Nutrition Program, we strive to benefit the community by serving healthy, nutritious meals while dining and socializing with friends.

You will enjoy a meal on us five days a week! These meals are reviewed by a registered dietician to ensure they meet the recommended daily nutrition requirements.

The meals are free!

How do I register for a free meal?
It’s easy! If you are 60 years of age and older, you can register any time!

Visit the Nutrition Site Aide or any staff member from the Senior Activity Center to find out just how easy it is.

You can also call the Senior Nutrition Program at 410-222-0256, or visit us online at www.aacounty.org/aging/senior-nutrition.

If you are ages 55-59, you are still eligible for a meal at a reduced fee. Ask the Nutrition Site Aide or any staff member at the Senior Activity Center for details.

What happens after I register for a meal?
Let our staff know which days you will be attending the center, to receive your meal.

After that, you just show up for your meal, check in with the Nutrition Site Aide for the center, and then you’re ready to eat!
