👏 Meet MNADV's Capacity Building Team! Beginning next week, we'll be highlighting each member of our Capacity Building Team!

Whitney Adell – Capacity Building Manager
Angel Campbell – Senior Capacity Building Specialist
Meredith Varsanyi – Capacity Building Specialist
Victoria Reaves – Capacity Building Specialist

Follow along as we introduce Whitney, Angel, Meredith, and Victoria and share more about their roles, expertise, and the work they're leading to strengthen programs and communities across Maryland.

You may ask, why capacity building?

At MNADV, we believe capacity building is about strengthening the ability to act. While training remains an essential part of our work, it's just one piece of a broader approach.

Through training, technical assistance, consultation, facilitation, resource development, peer learning, relationship-building, and strategic collaboration, we work alongside our members and communities to strengthen the knowledge, skills, resources, and systems needed to respond to and prevent domestic violence while creating meaningful, lasting change.
