September 11, 2001 changed our nation forever. In the days that followed, The Salvation Army stood alongside first responders, survivors and communities in need, offering practical, emotional and spiritual support at Ground Zero.

Today, we remember their lives. We honor their courage. And we carry forward a commitment to serve others in times of greatest need.❤️
